The Family Life Center is a community outreach ministry of the Jackson Center Methodist Church. Located in the former location of the long-time family-owned and operated Leininger Lumber Company, it offers a wide variety of opportunities for village residents, as well as others living in the area. Our mission is to bring people together and provide a clean, versatile facility for church and family gatherings, as well as a meeting place for local civic and business affairs.
This facility features clean restrooms, seating for 84, and 12 8' long tables, and 3 round tables for 102 people and is equipped with a large kitchen area to prepare and serve food. This is a great place for family reunions, family holiday gatherings, birthday and anniversary parties and even business meetings. In addition to the fellowship hall, the building also has a scaled-down gymnasium and basketball court with a hardwood floor.

DAILY RENTAL RATES FOR PERSONAL & NON-PROFIT
- Hall Only $75.00 (Up to 4 hours)
- Hall & Gym $100.00 (Up to 4 hours)
- Hall Only $150.00 (Up to 8 hours)
- Hall & Gym $200.00 (Up to 8 hours)
DAILY RENTAL RATES FOR BUSINESS
- Hall Only $300.00 (Up to 8 hours)
- Multiday Events $250.00 (for each additional day after Day 1 (Without Daily Cleaning))
If your rental is longer than the 4 or 8 hour time frame, there will be an additional $25.00 per hour charge. Set-ups after 7:00 pm the night before can be arranged.
Each rental also requires a credit card on file as a deposit for any cleaning or damages.
Private/Non-Profit (churches, 4H, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.) may hold their meetings at the FLC at No-Charge (based on availability and providing that the cleaning check list has been completed). Please call the office with at least a 48-hour notice when needing the FLC at (937) 596-6919. Office hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. We appreciate any donations you may be able to make toward the Family Life Center.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- No beer or hard liquor inside the facility or parking lot area.
- No smoking or vaping inside the facility.
- No nails, pins or thumb tacks (you may use painter's tape to decorate the hall).
- Candles or open flame must be enclosed in proper containers, per the Fire Marshal.
- NO Guns or weapons of any kind on premises unless carried by an officer of the law or used as an unloaded display.
- No bounce houses, bikes, scooters, roller blades or roller skates inside the facility.
GYM USE
- No food or drink in the gym.
- Non-marking soles only on the floor.
- No hanging on the basketball rims.
- No dunking.
- An adult must be present in the gym at all times.
CLEAN-UP CHECKLIST
- Return all tables and chairs (Please carry them, do not drag them) to their original location. (SEE THE PHOTO DIAGRAMS ON THE BOARD (3 ROWS WITH 3 TABLES IN EACH ROW AND 8 CHAIRS PER TABLE)).
- Empty all trash including the restrooms. (There is a blue bin outside the food pantry to put the trash bags in.)
- Clean up any spills on the floor (coffee, soda, water, etc.)
- Clean out all food items from the refrigerator and freezer.
- Turn off all lights and electronics.
- Remove shoe marks on the gym floor (use provided cleaning tool; tennis ball on a stick)
