Households may come to the Food Pantry one time each month or once every 30 days. The Fish Pond Food Pantry is open on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. To utilize the food pantry, households or individuals must be a resident of the Jackson Center School District or reside in the communities of Maplewood, Botkins or Montra.

In 2025 the Fish Pond Food Pantry served 301 households. Those families included 185 seniors, 327 adults, and 285 children. We served families from Botkins, Jackson Center, Maplewood and Montra. Eight churches support our mission to feed the needy. Jackson Center Methodist Church makes monetary donations along with food items and personal care items that have been donated to the pantry.
